Outstanding Achievements:
Apart from business association, he is quite active in social sector through his association in various capacity with different organizations.
One of such association where he has contributed tremendously is the Okha Gram Panchayat.
He hold the hot seat of Gram Panchayat as President between 1995 and 2000. During his tenure Okha Gram has got total face-lift from ground zero to High Tech Gram.
He became instrumental in bringing much awaited basic amenities in Okha such as Cemented Roads, Sodium lights, English Medium School to name a few.
Apart from this he becomes instrumental in bringing Okha Gram Panchayat on the Internet- The First ever Gram Panchayat from India to be there!
All these face-lift within matter of 5 years become possible with his vision and leadership to stand against all odds. His sharp business acumen also proved as top scorer against formal education till standard 4, in achieving such results. Media across the world and line right from Print media to electronic every one have taken note of such wonderful effort and placed Okha on higher gear of development vehicle.
To make road for young leadership he had vacant the top post Gram Panchayat in the next term and assumed voluntary retirement from the post of president. But he is still active in social contribution to Okha and Dwarka with his other social associations.
